Our Visitor Centre is situated at the Castle Courtyard and includes Charlotte's Pantry Café, the Gift Shop and Margam Park Adventure. We operate additional catering outlets during our Spring Summer season.
Charlotte's Pantry - Open daily from 10.30am - 5pm with indoor seating available. A selection of hot food is available (from 12pm - 3pm) during school holidays and weekends with snacks, sandwiches, salads, hot and cold drinks available throughout the year. Mario’s luxury Welsh dairy Ice cream is available from Charlotte's Pantry with a range of traditional ice creams and lollies for sale from the Gift Shop. Charlotte's Pantry welcomes well behaved dogs and offers a selection of treats for your four legged friends, remember to follow our rules when bringing your dog.
The Gift Shop - Closed Thursday & Friday term time / open daily during school holidays, 10.30am - 5pm. Our Gift Shop offers a wide range of local Welsh products.
The Celtic Grill & Coffee Co - Located at the Fairytale Village In the Orangery Gardens. Open on weekends & school holidays 10am - 5.30pm weather permitting. Serving various hot food including gourmet burgers, fries, jacket potatoes with a range of fillings. Bean to cup coffee and sweet treats too.
