Throughout the year, the park hosts various events ranging from Living History Weekends to Children's Craft Activities to Bank Holiday Fun Days to Charity Walks. Check out the list below to see a selection of the events that the Park has to offer.
Where an event states it is a SPECIAL EVENT DAYS a 'separate entry charge' applies to Park entry, on these days there is NO free entry (a per person charge will apply rather than free entry and a car Parking charge) (Examples of SPECIAL EVENT DAYS INCLUDE- GREAT BRITISH FOOD FESTIVAL, BANK HOLIDAY FUN DAYS).

Medieval Knights and Archers from the Medieval Combat Society
In 2025 the UK will commemorate the 80th anniversary of Victory in Europe Day- 8th May 2025 and Victory in Japan Day 15th August. In the Park we are taking part in this with a ''Poppies and Doves' Display .

As the shadows start to lengthen and the colours of Autumn start to show. join Storyteller Owen. Staton as he explores the darker side of Welsh Foklore. Tales of Ghosts and mysterious creatures that walk the Welsh woodlands . Sessions in the castle at 11.30, 12.30, 1.30 and 2.30. Recommended ages 8 plus.
Follow a tree trail and see what trees we have in the park, decorate a card with leaves, lots more craft activities. Great fun for all. Free activities – donations welcome. Meet in the Castle. 11-12.30 1.30- 3
