- Park - 10am to 4:30pm (last entry 3:30pm)
- Charlottes Pantry Café - 10:30am to 4pm
- Fairytale Village - 10am to 3:30pm
- Gift Shop - Thurs-Fri 10:30am to 3:30pm | Sat-Sun 10am to 3:30pm
- Coarse Fishing Hours - 9:15am to 3:30pm
- Entry to the park is free. Car park charges apply. Payments can be made via on‑site pay and display machines or MiPermit. Please check ahead if a special event is taking place, as per‑person entry charges may apply.
